WELCOME BACK – School Year 2022-2023

 

Viking Family,

We are so very excited to welcome you all back on Monday, August 29 for our first day of school of the 2022-23 school year!

Some reminders:

1) Please be on time!  Our first bell rings at 7:38 AM and advisory starts promptly at 7:42 AM each day.

2) Masks are required for the first 10 days of school. Please plan to bring a mask each day.  Students are not permitted in the building without a mask.  We will have a limited amount of replacement masks available.

3) Please bring your district-issued Chromebook to school every day including the first day of school.  If your Chromebook is lost, stolen, or damaged, please inform your advisory teacher.

4) All students must be in full uniform before entering the school building:  white oxford dress shirt, tan/khaki bottoms, school-issued neck tie.  Remember that you must be wearing closed-toe shoes (no slides, flip flops, crocs, etc), and hoodies are not permitted in the building at any time.

5) Our morning entry procedure:  female students will enter the main entrance of the school located at the corner of Cottman and Algon.  Male students will enter on the Glendale side of the school through the cafeteria (under the school electronic sign) and on the side of the building (walking toward the football field).

6) Smile!  It is going to be a great year!
