10/11/21 – CHOP Vaccine Clinic @ NEHS on 10/14 & 11/4

Viking Family,

On Thursday, October 14, in partnership with the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), we are hosting a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic exclusively for NEHS students and staff which will take place right here on campus and will run from 10 AM to 3 PM.

Second doses will be provided here at NEHS on Thursday, November 4, from 10 AM to 3 PM for anyone who attends on October 14. To ensure we have enough vaccinations for everyone, registration is required. To register: Call or text “READY” to 267-328-5378 or go to  https://chopvax.chop.edu. Also, a parent or guardian must be available by phone to provide verbal consent for those 12-17 years old seeking a vaccine.

As a school community and as a district, we remain committed to the health and safety of our students and staff. Getting the vaccine is one of the best ways to minimize the risks of COVID-19.
