Mission: We use topics provided by the National Speech and Debate Association for Public Forum debate. Topics change monthly. A team consist of 2 people. Each team must develop pro and con arguments for the given topic. Mock trial competition goes from November through March and is sponsored by Temple LEAP(Law Education and Advocacy Program). A team consist of 8 people, three witnesses, and 5 lawyers advocates. At the beginning of the season we are given a case written by the Philadelphia Young Lawyers of the PA Bar Association. Our job is to perform all function of the court case except the judge and jury.
