Transcript Request

Please read the information below before ordering a transcript.  Depending on the situation, transcripts may not be available from Northeast High School.

To request a transcript the former student must come to Northeast with valid identification.  Transcripts are only available from Northeast for former students who attended Northeast High School as their final public school in Philadelphia.

If the student left school (graduated or otherwise) more than 3 years ago, transcripts must be ordered from this website:
